Ya Hui (born May 18, 1987), whose real name is Koh Yah Hwee, is a beautiful Singaporean actress and TV personality. Before her television debut in 2007, she was a student at the Serangoon Junior College.
After her studies, she worked as a production assistant in various companies and took on roles in a few local theatre productions.
Ya Hui‘s big break came in 2008 when she was cast in the popular Singaporean drama film Love Blossom. She has since appeared in several other television dramas and movies, including the recent hit film Home Again and Truths About Us.

Koh Yaa Hwee, commonly known as Ya Hui, was born in Singapore on May 18th, 1987. She attended Serangoon Junior College and Manjusri Secondary School for her education.
From elementary school through junior college, she joined the dance team for co-curricular activities, and throughout her college years, she was the prom queen.
Yah Hui has a sister who she shares a lot of similarities with. In terms of personality, they are quite introverted and prefer to spend time alone.
They are also both very studious and hard-working. However, in terms of physical appearance, they are quite different. Yah Hui is taller and has fairer skin, while her sister is shorter and has darker skin.
Ya Hui, a Singaporean actress, was hospitalized on September 24th, 2015, after she vomited. The cause of her vomiting is unknown, but it is speculated that it was due to food poisoning. She was discharged from the hospital later that day.

She also landed a supporting role as Tao Wen Zhu in the long-running drama series Love Blossoms II alongside seasoned actors Ivy Lee and Zheng Geping. Thanks to her adaptable acting skills and rising popularity, she has a variety of roles in English and Mandarin channels (Channel 8, U, and 5) dramas such as Bountiful Blessings, Point of Entry, Served H.O.T., and Marry Me.
Ya Hui also starred as Chen Liping‘s daughter in the 2009 movie Reunion Dinner. She was nominated for the Best Newcomer Award at the 2009 Star Awards and The New Paper Flame Awards for her outstanding performance in drama serials.
In September 2015, Ya Hui wrapped up filming the 255-episode television drama series 118. Throughout the week, the program ran on Mediacorp Channel 8. She was selected to represent the L’Oréal Paris Youth Code in Singapore in 2015.
