Nigeria's COVID-19 rate continues to drop with 298 new cases

Nigeria’s COVID-19 positive cases continued to decline, with the country registering just 298 new cases on Sunday.

In the meantime, Plateau leads with 108 while Lagos has fallen to third place in the most recent report the Nigerian Center for Disease Control, NCDC.

Other states include Kaduna-49, Lagos-47, Ogun-18, Osun-17, FCT-15, Ondo-, Edo-8, Oyo-6, , , Borno-3 , Ekiti 2, Bauchi-1, Kano-1 and Rivers-1.

Cases have been identified in 18 states.

Nigeria has so far recorded 49,068 confirmed cases, 36,497 and 975 deaths.
