My mistakes = my discount

Customer: We are very disappointed that it took you an extra day to complete this project.

Me: I understand. However, the project was almost twice the size of what we agreed to, a fact that I brought to your attention in advance. Plus, the overall time I charged for this assignment was 25% less than you originally planned – as always, you get more work for less money.

Customer: Yes, well, you have too many errors in the copy and photos you uploaded

Me: According to your storyboards and emails, the errors existed in the content that was given to me. You created the content.

Customer: Still, I think you should give us an extra discount for content errors.
