International Undergraduate Student Fellowship at the University of Alberta in Canada, 2020

Students from outside of Canada may apply for an international student bursary offered by the University of Alberta. Students must be enrolled in the Fall 2020 term and the previous winter term (Winter 2020).The University of Alberta is a public research university located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It was founded in 1908 by Alexander Cameron Rutherford, the first premier of Alberta, and Henry Marshall Tory, its first president.

Applications are due July 17, 2020Description:

Subjects: The studentships may be used for any subject offered by the university
Eligibility: International students Number of Awards: Not Known
Students can take the award at any university in Canada

Application Rules: International students are eligible to apply.
Entrance Requirements: At the time of application, applicants must:
1. Apply to a university in Alberta and be an international student of an undergraduate program at that university; 2.
Be registered in Fall 2020 term and in the previous winter term (Winter 2020)
Be currently paying international student differential fees
Have satisfactory academic standing
Have a valid study permit
Not be a previous recipient of an International Undergraduate Student Bursary
Have demonstrated financial need:

Fill out the online applicaiton form. Fill out the Budget, Declaration, and Document Checklist form and email it. Email supporting documents as listed in the Document Checklist (see above). All supporting documents must be labelled and organized accordingly.

Do not submit incomplete applications.
Meet in person or via Skype for a mandatory interview. Once your application is complete, the ISS Student Programs Administrator will contact you to schedule an interview.
