Popular American actor, Chadwick Boseman, known for his lead role in the hit movie “Black Panther” has passed away.
Actor Chadwick Boseman, who played black icons Jackie Robinson and James Brown before rising to fame as the Royal Black Panther in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, died of cancer on Friday, his rep said.

Boseman, 43, died at his home in the Los Angeles area with his wife and family by his side.
Boseman was diagnosed with colon cancer four years ago, his family said in a statement.
