Unknown bandits unleashed further attacks, killing scores of people in the Maradun local government area in Zamfara state, the hometown of the state governor, the Hon. Bello Mohammed Matawalle

“We were terrified when we saw the gravity of the terror, which forced me and my family to run to Gusau for the safety of our lives,” he lamented.
Another woman, who went by the name Aisha, explained that the killings were always serious in Zamfara State, regardless of what the state government claimed, noting that throughout the armed bandit operations, it was not There wasn’t a single security guard to save the day.
“I don’t know why some people still say security guards are working while bandits still kill thousands of innocent people in Zamfara State.
“It seems state and federal governments are sleeping on the issue of security. If they allow the bandits to kill us all in the state, who will vote for them, ”she lamented.
When contacted, a public commentator, Alhaji Ahmed Bakare, blamed politicians for this ugly development.
